Article 1: Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the contractual relationships between akawan (hereinafter "the Provider") and any natural or legal person subscribing to the use of the SaaS service for anonymizing sensitive data Bosl.ai (hereinafter "the Service").

Article 2: Definitions

The Service allows the user to submit textual data to be processed by an anonymization algorithm and secured before being transmitted to a third-party artificial intelligence tool. The Provider does not guarantee the total absence of risk but is committed to implementing reasonable best technical practices to protect the data.

Article 3: Access to the Service

Access to the Service requires the creation of an account by the user. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date throughout the use of the Service.

Article 4: Orders and Subscription

Access to the Service is offered in the form of a paid subscription. The terms (price, duration, included features) are specified on the Provider's website and may be modified at any time, subject to prior notification to users.

Article 5: Price and Payment

The prices are in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made by direct debit or by any other means indicated at the time of subscription. Failure to pay results in the automatic suspension of access to the Service.

Article 6: Duration and Termination

The subscription is concluded for the duration chosen at the time of subscription. The user can cancel their subscription at any time from their customer area. The termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period, without refund of the initiated period.

Article 7: Registration and Unsubscription from Commercial Communications

The user has the option to subscribe to the Provider's mailing list to receive commercial information, promotional offers, and news.

• Registration is done when creating the account or via the customer area.

• The user can unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link present in each message or by sending a request to unsubscribe to contact@bosl.ai.

Article 8: User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Not transmit illegal data or data contrary to public order via the Service.

• Use the Service in accordance with its purpose and in compliance with these GTC.

Article 9: Liability

The Provider strives to ensure continuous access to the Service. However, the Provider cannot be held responsible in the event of temporary interruption or malfunction related to the Internet, technical incidents beyond its control, or cases of force majeure.

Article 10: Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These GTC are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or execution falls within the jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction of the Provider's registered office, unless otherwise provided by imperative legal provisions.

Article 11: Modification of the GTC

The Provider reserves the right to modify these GTC at any time. Modifications will be notified to the Client by email or via the Provider's website. The new GTC will apply from their publication.
